A full machine rebuild gives the machine a fresh start - with the latest enhancements, technology upgrades, and performance improvements. Each unit is completely disassembled and meticulously reassembled, with up to 7,000 parts replaced by new or remanufactured Cat components.
Once rebuilt, the machine receives a new Rebuild Identification Number (RIN) and is tested to meet like-new performance standards.

Certified powertrain plus hydraulics includes radiator, engine, transmission, torque converter, final drives, and differentials, as well as any additional systems or components not included in basic CPT (rebuild hydraulic pump, operator cab refresh, machine painting, etc.).
A Hydraulic rebuild restores like-new performance to the machine’s hydraulic system. The entire system is refurbished and/or upgraded to like-new specs, including:
